1st Tenants In The Junction

The first tenants are moving into the multi-tenant business park named Riverside Junction.  It is a two building complex of 63,941 square feet located at the junction of Riverside Parkway and NE Airport Way in Portland.  Stratus Developers worked on behalf of the investor owner named Gardeners & Ranchers Association.

The buildings were designed by Mackenzie to accommodate 15 tenants in suites ranging from 1,800 to 6,500 square feet.  Perlo Construction was the general contractor with a negotiated guaranteed maximum price contract.  Leases are signed with three tenants and negotiations underway with three more.
