JSR Micro Breaks Ground
JSR Micro held a ground breaking ceremony today at their new land site in Hillsboro, Oregon. The new factory at 5950 NE Starr Blvd will produce chemicals used in the semiconductor industry for cleaning wafers. Stratus Developers is the development project manager, on behalf of JSR Micro with US headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA and world headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

Aerial Before Start
This phase one building, dubbed PX1, will be 80,000 sq ft including 11,000 sq ft of administration office and the remainder production and warehouse. The 25.6 acre site will support several more buildings of future expansion as customer demand warrants. Completion is scheduled for Summer 2020 by Perlo Construction as general contractor.
