Sealing Up The Shell
At the Beacon Building, the tower crane is gone, the structural work complete and the building skin is now buttoning up. A combination of glass curtain wall, Brazilian Epe wood and blue stone will adorn the 4 story commercial mixed use building. The top floor will be the Ironlight event center with panoramic views and large outdoor decks. CENTRL Office, a coworking shared office space will fill the 2nd and 3rd floors. The ground floor will likely be a combination of neighborhood related services. Occupancy of the Lake Oswego building is scheduled to occur in March of 2020.
