Acme Construction Occupies
Acme Construction moved into their new building in Prineville, Oregon. It is in the heart of the data centers for Facebook and Apple. The pre-engineered metal building is about 11,000 square feet within which a small office and overhead storage mezzanine were installed. This new facility will serve electricians, mechanical contractors and other construction craftsmen with strut, connectors, safety gear and tools.
Stratus Developers worked on behalf of Acme Construction Supply, as its consultant to oversee Acme’s interests during the construction and subsequent purchase. Jeff Sholian of Apex Real Estate Partners negotiated a lease with option to purchase from Empire Construction & Development, long time owners of the business park land. Construction started in the fall, was partially delayed by snow that typically accumulates in Central Oregon during the winter, and then was finished up after the asphalt batch reopened in the spring.
