Acme Grows In Phoenix

Acme Construction Supply Co has leased 76,000 sq ft in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, near the Arizona Cardinals’ stadium. It is also in proximity to Taiwan Semiconductor’s new fab and compliments their other location in Mesa, near Intel’s Arizona fabs. Acme sells tools and strut to contractors, especially mechanical and electrical subcontractors on large semiconductor fabs. Stratus Developers was hired to oversee tenant improvements and fit-up for occupancy. This is the 11th project in the 4th state that Stratus has tackled for the Portland based company. Distribution out of this new warehouse should crank up in March.
