Acme HQ Design Review

Acme Construction Supply Co submits for design review by City of Lake Oswego for new corporate headquarters.  The company will move from its current headquarters above the branch store at 330 SE Salmon St in Portland. This will be the fourth project by Stratus Developers for the company.

An existing building was recently purchased at 4040 Douglas Way to get an extensive renovation inside and out.  Scott Edwards Architects of Portland and Equilibrium Structural Engineers of Lake Oswego are designing the renovation and Colas Construction is slated to be the general contractor.  It is anticipated permits will be ready for a late fall start.
