Acme Occupies in LA
Acme Construction Supply Co was granted occupancy of its warehouse store in a Los Angeles suburb of Sante Fe Springs. The 22,000 square foot leased space is an expansion and relocation from nearby La Mirada. Stratus Developers managed the design and construction of tenant improvements to prepare for Acme’s occupancy.
Stratus Developers has managed five projects for Acme Construction Supply, including ground-up new construction in Hillsboro and Tacoma plus retrofit of existing buildings they purchased in Sacramento and Lake Oswego, for its new Headquarters. A particularly challenging part of the Sante Fe Springs project was getting permits in the Covid-19 environment with contactless plan submittals and protracted review times with plans examiners working from home.
