Acme Prineville Goes Up

Acme Construction Supply Co., Inc has a new building under construction in Prineville, Oregon. The new warehouse will support growing business from the data center market. Stratus Developers is working on Acme’s behalf to oversee the project.

Construction is slated to be finished by mid April. Due to the cold climate in Central Oregon, asphalt batch plants are shuttered for the winter so paving of the parking lot could not start until mid March even if otherwise ready. Empire Construction is the contractor and representative for the landlord in a lease with option to buy deal structure. Design was by Steele Associates Architects with Becon Civil Engineers and Solera Engineering.
