AGC Takes Occupancy
AGC Heat Transfer takes occupancy of its new manufacturing plant in Fairview, Oregon starting move from previous location in SE Portland. AGC manufactures heat exchangers primarily for the food processing industry including milk and yogurt pasteurization. Stratus Developers worked on behalf of the tenant for a ground-up development by Dermody.
The new building is 63,126 sq ft with three bridge cranes and 5,959 sq ft of office space. Sierra Construction was Dermody’s contractor with Mackenzie on design. In August, the largest press ever installed west of the Mississippi will arrive from Italy.
