Beacon In The News

The Portland Business Journal published some beautiful pictures of the Beacon, a four story mixed use building in Lake Oswego. Stratus Developers worked on behalf of the investor owners to manage development of the project.

Permitting was challenging within the scrutiny by City of Lake Oswego. Vertical construction on a tight site required use of a tower crane that needed swing easements and street closure permits to install and operate. Its superb materials and sophisticated design will be a contribution to the Lake Oswego skyline for many decades.
