Coldist Design Approved

Jackson County issued a land use decision approving the design for a new distribution building for Columbia Distributing in White City, Oregon. It is a community just north of Medford, Oregon that will be their new distribution hub for Southern Oregon. The 78,000 square foot tilt-up warehouse will replace the current smaller warehouse located in Medford. Stratus Developers is working on behalf of Columbia Distributing and its financial partner as owner’s representative and project manager.

Design for the project is being led by VLMK Consulting Engineers. Subconsultants include LRS Architects for the regional office space, MKE & Associates for MEP engineering and Otten Landscape Architects. Perlo Construction has been selected as general contractor for construction start scheduled for next summer.
