Delta Logistics Wilsonville

Mass excavation is complete and soil nail retaining walls are in progress for the 58,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility for Delta Logistics in Wilsonville, Oregon.  In order to maximize site utilization, contractors are excavating deep basalt rock and installing multiple retaining wall systems.  Stratus Developers is working on behalf of the owner to manage permitting and oversee construction

Priority Construction is the specialty contractor excavating, drilling, installing and grouting the soil nail retaining wall system.  Upon the completion of multiple layers of shotcrete, the final wall finish will mimic a natural basalt type texture in accordance with city requirements. Shotcrete is a concrete mixture that is sprayed onto a vertical surface at high velocity.
