Design Review Approved

The planning commission at City of North Plains issued a decision today for design review approval on a new warehouse project. It is a 201,750 square foot speculative warehouse building on West Union Road. Stratus Developers is working on behalf of Far West Fibers. Negotiations are underway with a prospective tenant.

This planning approval follows a previous approval of a lot line adjustment that divides the site into two portions. One portion is for this speculative warehouse and the other portion will be for a user building for Far West Fiber to occupy.
