Earth Advantage Gold

Cook Security Group was awarded a Gold certification from Earth Advantage, similar to the more familiar LEED rating system. Stratus Real Estate Developers managed development of the three story headquarters office building located very near PDX. Scott Edwards Architects led the design and Perlo Construction was general contractor. Stratus has developed buildings under three sustainability rating systems: LEED, Green Globes and Earth Advantage. Both Dirk Otis and Mike Wells have the LEED AP professional designation.
