Giant Erector Set

The frames are taking shape for the two building 120,000 sf  pre-engineered structure on Oxford Street in SE Salem being managed by Stratus Developers.  When complete in April of 2019, NW Distribution & Storage will occupy both of these new buildings.  Each building will be climate controlled for the storage of wine, prior to its eventual distribution to customers.
