Inspiring New Building
Cook Security Group has settled into their inspiring new building near PDX. Nearly 4 yours after making first proposal for the land, the new headquarters building is a reality to bring employees together from 4 separate facilities. Stratus Real Estate Developers was the development manager from ground leasing from Port of Portland, financing, designing, permitting and constructing the 3-story building.
