City of Hillsboro issued a Business Recruitment Alert on August 28th for JSR Micro. The purpose was to announce JSR’s “…new manufacturing facility located at 5950 NE Starr Boulevard in Hillsboro. The opening of the new facility is targeted for September 2020.” Stratus Developers worked on behalf of JSR Micro to manage designing, permitting and constructing the new manufacturing plant near Intel.
