JSR In The News

The recent completion of JSR Micro’s manufacturing plant in Hillsboro was announced in a Portland Business Journal article this week. Stratus Developers was their “owner’s representative” to manage the project from land acquisition through move-in. We worked closely with Mackenzie, Perlo Construction, Harder, Therma and EC Electric as the primary team. City of Hillsboro and Clean Water Services were instrumental in permitting as well as the new infrastructure necessary to make this site in the new North Hillsboro Industrial District development ready.
