JSR Micro Reaches TCO

Today the City of Hillsboro issued a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for JSR Micro’s new manufacturing building at 5950 NE Starr Blvd. This final milestone completion date was reached on time! Impacts of Covid-19 on worker health and productivity were minimized, with Perlo Construction awarded for exemplary job site practices by an AGC/OSHA joint committee. Penultimate shipping delays from the recent wildfires were overcome.

Stratus Developers worked as owner’s representative for JSR Micro. Mackenzie expertly handled design with Corbin as MEP sub-consultant. This wouldn’t have been achieved without key MEP subcontractors Therma, Harder, Viking and EC Electric. Cooperation and responsiveness from City of Hillsboro and Clean Water Services was especially appreciated! The new facility is 79,000 sq ft on 25.6 acres enabling future expansion as demand grows for their products used in semiconductor manufacturing.
