JSR Moves Into Office
Contractors obtained temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) for JSR Micro to move-in to its new administration office. The office space is a separate 1-story building adjoining the main factory that is expected to be ready next month. Stratus Developers is project manager on behalf of JSR as owner and occupant.
JSR Micro’s new plant is being constructed on NE Starr Blvd in Hillsboro’s north industrial area. Perlo Construction is general contractor with key subcontractors including Therma, Harder, EC, Viking, ATG and Kerr. The design team includes Mackenzie, Corbin, Therma and GeoDesign. City of Hillsboro and Clean Water Services have been collaborative on reviews, approvals and inspections including a new sanitary sewer extension over 1 mile offsite.
