Leatherman Breaks Ground

Site work construction has started on the new Leatherman warehouse. It is located across the street from their factory and headquarters office at 12099 NE Ainsworth Circle in Portland, near the airport. The new 68,000 square foot state of the art distribution building will handle warehousing for wholesale customers plus fulfillment for the fast growing e-commerce channel.

Stratus Developers is working on behalf of the owner, which is a Leatherman Tool Group entity. Bremik Construction is the general contractor. LRS Architects is leading design with 3Js Engineering responsible for the civil engineering that is guiding the current excavation and site grading.
