Headquarters Refresh
Leatherman has undertaken a 3 phase headquarters office remodel. The 25,000 square foot two story offices include the executive team as well as a diverse set of groups who support the adjacent 100,000 square feet of manufacturing. Stratus Developers is working on behalf of Leatherman, which owns and occupies the building.
All construction work has been planned and phased around ongoing operations. Working to a fixed budget, this modernization and efficiency upgrade for the office is being executed by the construction/design firm of Design + Build. Scheduled completion is set for August of this year.
