MedCure Tenant Improvements

Construction is underway on tenant improvements at Riverside Junction. The project is at the corner of Airport Way and Riverside Parkway. The owners are investors, the Gardeners and Ranchers Association, that hired Stratus Developers. Initial responsibilities were to develop two multi-tenant buildings from the ground up. Following responsibilities were to manage build out of each tenant space as leasing progressed. MedCure is the final tenant to fill up the project.

The walls have been framed with metal studs, common in commercial construction. Plumbing lines are installed in the floor and walls. Electrical panels and transformers are set and conduit run inside the wall studs. The next steps will be drywall, paint and ceiling tiles. Fortunately local materials were sourced so that supply chain disruptions will not delay scheduled occupancy of the space this spring.
