MKS Buildout Underway

Formally Electro Scientific Industries/ESI, now MKS Instruments, is relocating in an efficiency move to 115,000 sf within the Millikan Business Center.  Internal demolition is complete and DPR Construction and team are erecting new walls and a robust mechanical system within this old Tektronix building.  Stratus Developers is project manager on behalf of MKS as tenant in this building owned by Felton Properties.

The construction schedule is tight mainly due to Covid-19 inefficiencies, but occupancy is slated for January of 2021.  Mackenzie and Corbin Consulting Engineers make up the design team documenting this technical move. Permitting through City of Beaverton went smoothly.
