Ness Campbell Crane closed on purchase of a complex of buildings and yard in Hillsboro, Oregon. The 14 acre property is just north of Highway 26 off Cornelius Pass Road. The four buildings of office, warehouse, shop and paint booth will eventually accommodate the varied operations and functions of this multi-faceted crane company busy all over the Northwest. The nearly 5 acres of yard will accommodate cranes, booms, rigging and trucks as their extensive fleet rotates in and out to jobsites.

Stratus Real Estate Developers worked on behalf of Ness Campbell Crane to evaluate several properties that had been considered for purchase assisting their broker in formulating purchase offers. Once this property was under contract, Stratus Developers managed an extensive due diligence process commensurate with the significant financial undertaking. Located within an industrial neighborhood, particular attention was focused on environmental due diligence. Of interest were the historical photographs from the environmental report evidencing the areas growth out of what had predominately been an agricultural use.
