New Cars Moved in!
The Jaguar LandRover Portland dealership is now complete. The facility is now open for business after an extensive development process involving a city text amendment to the planning code, a rigorous brand and design specification and a challenging project site. Mildren Design Group designed the project and Perlo Construction was the contractor.
The 67,000 sf facility boasts 32 service bays, 25,000 sf of showrooms and a structured parking garage all on just over 4 acres adjacent to Washington Square Mall. Stratus Developers worked for Don Rasmussen Company, the owner and operator of the new dealership.
