Paint and Paving

Perlo Construction has found some weather windows to complete the initial coat of exterior paint and paving around the new flex building on Leveton Drive in Tualatin.  The overall shell building construction remains on schedule for completion in early January.  Conversations with prospective tenants are ongoing, with the plan to have occupants in the building this spring. Stratus Developers is managing the development on behalf of an investor/owner.
