Painting Yogi Tea

First paint is going onto the exterior of Yogi Tea’s new manufacturing and US headquarters office in Eugene, Oregon. The office color is contrasting to offset the large manufacturing and warehouse walls. Stratus Developers is managing the 191,000 square foot concrete tilt-up project on behalf of the owner occupant with operations in the US and Europe.

The construction contract for the site and shell work was competitively bid for lump sum price and then construction of the interior improvements were negotiated for a guaranteed maximum price. Chambers Construction is the general contractor, Mackenzie and Systems Design Consultants are the design team and Union Bank is the lender.

Getting the paving, landscaping and painting done in the next month is a priority before the fall rains set in, as work on the interior improvements then carries on through the holidays.
