Ponderosa Lounge @ Jubitz

On December 12th the Ponderosa Lounge at Jubitz Truck Stop reopened after undergoing a complete overhaul of the iconic lounge and music venue. Fred Jubitz with the help of Paragon Solutions and Mildren Design Group realized his vision to transform the over 40 year old bar into a modern entertainment venue.

R&H Construction was the builder and Stratus Real Estate Developers oversaw the project on behalf of Mark Gram and Jubitz Corporation. After an extensive structural demolition and seismic upgrade the multi-room bar was transformed into a modern open lounge and entertainment area catering to live music, sports events and parties.

The $3 million dollar retrofit was completed in just under 7 months. Look for announcements of regional and national music events coming to the Ponderosa Lounge and Grill.
