Riverside Junction Walls Up

Today walls started tilting for Airport Way @ Riverside Junction, a multi-tenant industrial development by Gardeners and Ranchers Association.  Concrete wall panels began tilting-up for the first of two buildings in the development available for lease.  Stratus is a fee developer on the project working on behalf of the investor owners.

The two buildings together will total 63,941 square feet. Space is available for lease through Allen Patterson, Capacity Commercial Group, and Terry Tolls, T.N. Tolls Company.   Perlo Construction is the general contractor, Mackenzie the architect and structural engineer with Cardno as the civil engineer.

Crews are hustling to get the roof structure and membrane done, and hopefully exterior paint applied, before the fall rains set in soon.
