Summit Body Applies To County

Summit Body & Equipment https://summitbody.com/about/ has applied to Clark County for land use site plan approval on a new factory and headquarters office in Ridgefield, Washington. The company specializes in building bodies for medium duty truck chassis, think delivery trucks. Their new state of the art manufacturing building will be 68,000 square feet.

Stratus Developers is working on behalf of Summit Body, reporting to the CEO, as owner’s representative consultant. Permitting is expected to take up most of the remaining time in 2021. Robert Evans Company has been selected as general contractor with CIDA leading design. Brian Yaokum of Colliers negotiated the land purchase.
