Therma-Glass Submits For Permit

Therma-Glass has submitted for building permit from Clackamas County and City of Canby for its new warehouse building to be constructed at 388 S Sequoia Parkway in Canby, Oregon. The new building will be 29,000 square feet with about 2,000 square feet of office. Therma-Glass purchased the land site of 1.79 acres in April of 2022. Design review was approved by City of Canby in September 2022.

Construction is expected to start in the spring and finish by end of 2023. The general contractor is Robert Evans Company. LSR Architects is leading on design with engineering by AAI Consulting Engineers. Stratus Real Estate Developers is working on behalf of Therma-Glass as an owner’s representative consultant to manage the overall project through land purchasing, designing, financing, permitting, constructing and fitting up for operations.
