Towering Over Basement

Demolition, excavation and shoring are in place for the parking garage, so work is now progressing with the mat foundation and tower crane erection.  The Beacon is a 4 story above grade mixed use commercial building offering retail, office and a top floor event center in downtown Lake Oswego.  Occupancy is slated for March of 2020.  Stratus Developers is managing various phases of development for the Beacon’s owners.
