Trader Joe’s Opening

On October 29th, the much anticipated Trader Joe’s opened to the public at Garden Home Marketplace.  Stratus Real Estate Developers represented the landlord in repurposing the former Lamb’s Thriftway into a multi-tenant retail property.  Tilland Schmidt Architects, VLMK and PSR West Coast Builders were instrumental in this complicated transformation.  Ace Hardware and a soon to be announced neighboring tenant will lease the balance of this 50,000 sf remodeled building.  More photos, additional opening dates and announcements to come right after the first of the year.
