Walls Are Coming Up!
With the snow and Holidays behind us, Perlo Construction has begun lifting the concrete wall panels into place for Leupold+Stevens. Due to the relatively small foot print for this building, the wall forming as well as the sequence of wall placement have been tricky. Perlo has used “stack casting” of panels as well as “rat slabs” to get all the wall panels constructed. The wall panel erection will last approximately a week and then the roof structure will follow right behind.
