Work Begins On Trader Joe’s

Stratus Developers is working as owner’s representative consultant on behalf of the Lamb family that is the landlord owner of the shopping center. As reported by the Business Journal, Ace Hardware will occupy the project as well as Trader Joe’s. Considerable work is necessary to divide up the previous large single tenant space as well as give the building a fresh look.
