Yogi Tea Moving In

Yogi Tea’s new US headquarters, warehouse and manufacturing building in Eugene, Oregon is ready to occupy.  The company is moving out of three facilities in Lane County into a single building that is double the total size.  Stratus Developers was the fee developer managing site acquisition, design, permits, construction, loan draws and cost segregation.

The new project is within the Enterprise Zone, committing  to increase employment with additional capacity and support local high schools.  Kudos to City of Eugene for support in permitting, timely inspections and smooth completion.  Wrap-up of submittal to USGBC is underway, aspiring for a LEED Silver rating expected to be awarded this summer.
